They were super courteous and professional!! They actually had someone answering phone and adding to list right after freeze! They arrived, evaluated situation, and gave me an accurate quote! And kept me updated on appointment and arrival and repairs consistently through calls and texts!! If you're not using them, you need too!!

Blackburn was able to get someone out here quickly and even looked for leaks while the city had the water off. Chris was quick, friendly, and very helpful. He explained everything he was doing and showed me pictures from under the house of the leak he was seeing. I would recommend Blackburn to anyone needing plumbing repairs. They don’t inflate prices when weather is bad and their prices are competitive!
