RecommendedRiver was very professional and thorough. The main office is prompt in returning calls and keeping me posted on progress and the tech was thorough in recording and explaining the problem and the process and costs for fixing it. I'll have more of a review once the job is completed, but so far I'm impressed with this company and River as a tech. This is the perfect example of how a business and its technicians should be conducting business.
