Jeff Rowland came out last night and stopped the leaking and came again this morning to fix the problem, and since this was a return from a previous call, there was no charge. You guys are awesome. Blackburn has been awesome! Our old unit had been leaking coolant for a couple years. We recently had to have Blackburn come and refill twice in a months time. They always came immediately. We decided it was time to replace our 16 year old unit. Blackburn gave us a competitive bid within 24 hours. We ordered on Monday and they came today to install.
