Not bad but not great This was our first time staying at Blackcomb lodge. It was not as clean as we would expect a hotel to be. They were understaffed due to not enough employees. We had to get our bedding changed on first night as it was visibly dirty and had to have them come the follow morning while we weren’t there to clean the bathroom and kitchen. Their service they provided was appreciated and they did what they could being short staffed. Overall location is great but still underwhelming for the price paid.

AC loud and not clean. Bed uncomfortable, noisy outside our room construction going on. No ice machine, place needs a face lift!! Good location.

Dated and many non-functioning things (ALL of the elevator lights were out, elevator was lit by a flashlight ducktaped to the wall, extremely clogged bathroom fan and stove top fan, one broken light bulb in the bathroom, ice machine was not working, dirty dishes in the dish washer). We paid 500 a night and the pool doesnt open again until our check out time next morning 10 am. The only pluses are friendly staff, spacious room and in the middle of village.
