Friendly staff that make you feel welcome The hotel is very central and very walkable. We had 4 rooms and they were all clustered together which made coordinating things very easy. Staff were helpful and very friendly.

The #1 reason to stay here is location. A very easy walk to the gondolas and right next to a grocery store and restaurants. However the property itself has some issues. Linens were not that clean, walls are very thin and hallway noise is very loud, and the pool area/lockers could use a deep clean. However, to be fair you get what you pay for. This was one of the least costly options and if your goal is just to ski than it's hard to beat the value.

This is an excellent location for our ski weekend. It was only a 5 minute walk to the Whistler Gondola and also conveniently located the pedestrian pathway from grocery stores and drugstore. We had a good sized room and I liked having a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for simple breakfasts and lunch supplies. The room was a bit worn in some areas but not as "beat up" by skiers as other places in the Whistler Village. It is in the Village near nightlife, so it can be noisy on weekend nights. Loud room facing village stroll with music and drunk folks going till past midnight. Loud stomping from room above. Generally old construction not sound insulated.

Check in was quick, staff in the front was very helpful(helped me open the wine bottle😁), location was good. Will return in the future.
