Good location + staff, bad maintenance + upkeep Great location, in the middle of the action on the South side of The Village. Staff was helpful and friendly. Appreciated the loft rooms, which very comfortably sleep 4 without using the sofa bed. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice, although the pool is rather small. Kitchen with stove and microwave and mid-sized fridge. The rooms, however, leave a lot to be desired. Room was nice but drafty and heater was LOUD. Bed was comfortable. We used the hot tub which was hot but no bubbles (needs repairs/they know but a hot soak still felt good). Good location but a little noisy not terrible.

It was fine. The hotel is older and a bit run down. The pool was closed for maintenance. The room was fine and the bed was comfy. I did open a drawer in the kitchen and it was quite dirty inside, that was a bit off putting. Mostly we were happy with it. The location is the best feature in our opinion.

Good price for Whistler The room was spacious and comfy. Parking is not included - you must pay 20$. But in the off season you can park at free public parking lots 5min away.

Our room was so nice! I guess I didn’t look at the photos when I booked and we were blown away with the kitchenette and living room/bedroom. It was perfect!
