Editorial review from Citysearch Terrible customer service. I left there very angry and went to Cheney Vet and experienced exceptional customer service.
Terrible experience I have had better customer service at the dmv! The girls that work there couldn't have been more inconsiderate to me or my dog. They gave me almost no advice on how to take care of my animals ear infection and charged me $70 for it. I have heard bad things all over town about this place and I should have listened. You are better off going to spokane for vet service. The vet clinic TLC off the sprague ex is wonderful and affordable.
Really bad bad service I took my dog in because his jaw was paralyzed and he could not eat or drink. I asked the doctor how this could happen and he said it just does and it will go away. I went on line and read some on this and found out it was much more complicated. I went to another Vet, the one I normally take my dog to who had been out of town. She said he needed some blood work to rule out an auto immune...
