Wonderful dentist and staff I have been a patient of Dr. Matheny's for 6-7 years. After my experiences with Dr. Matheny and his staff, my husband became a patient of Dr. Matheny. When we had our first child, there was no doubt that I wanted her to see Dr. Matheny, as well. Every time we enter the office, the staff greets us immediately and notifies of any changes. Love Dr. Matheny's office I've been seeing Dr. Matheny for several years and I've only ever had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen once. Everyone in the office is friendly and it's obvious that Dr. Matheny and his staff really care about their patients. I've recommended him to several of my family members. a
Pros - Use of technology (email/text) as well as more traditional methods (post card) to remind/confirm appointment. TV in the waiting room and in the dental chair. Seen quickly by the dental hygienist. Courteous, friendly, professional staff. Cons - On this visit, I did spend quite some time waiting in the chair after the hygienist was done cleaning before the dentist came to see me. This is not usually my typical experience, though.
I appreciate the efficiency and the kindness of all the staff.
