Relocating from one state to another our experience with Blair Cato Pickren Casterline was excellent! They were on top of everything, got back to us right away if we had questions and at closing explain in detail everything that needed to be explained! Unfortunately Blair Cato Pickren Casterline, LCC mishandling and misappropriated funds (over $150K) which they held for for his client. Instead of seeking clarification of a clerical error they unilaterally chose to make a payment to the wrong bank by selecting a routing number that was invalid and not provided to them in any documentation. As a result, they are currently in breach of contract. Blair Cato Pickren Casterline, LCC has yet to fix this error and is refusing to make the payment in a timely manner.
