Blake is the best. His rates are great, probably the best around, but he is also incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very patient with newer homeowners and takes the time to explain everything in detail. Was also available every time I needed him. 5/5 would highly recommend.

I used Blake for the first time in 2015 when I bought my house. Was super easy to work with. So when I decided to refinance this year he was my first go to, and came through again amazing! Very easy to work with, answers all questions quickly, very knowledgeable in his field, and moved my refinance along quickly. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a home loan or refinance. Blake was consistently available and helped us at every opportunity! All of the information we needed was relayed to us through email or phone calls without any delay. Our loan closed on time and Blake took the time to come out to the title company to greet us and walk us through any last minute questions we had. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to close on a loan.

This is second time working with BlakeThorson only this time it was to refinance out of FHA into conventional while interest rates were better. Will work with Blake again in the future if I am needing his services. He's always responsive and very knowledgeable in his field.

We had a closing date right between Christmas and New Year's, so naturally this created some difficulties regarding holiday hours with all involved parties. However, Blake put in extra time to ensure we were able to close on time. For example, the sales contract addendum came to him on Christmas Eve, so he had to hand deliver various things beginning very early AM the next business day so that we could close that same day at 9 AM.
