We were happy with the service. Communication was good. They installed carpet in the family room, three bedrooms, and in the hallway.
Had misunderstandings with the sales person, Gail. Would have had more in writing the next time. She told me the seam in MB would be placed one way, didn't put that on order. Also didn't put on order to tear out the tile in toilet area of bath. And, misquoted the plumbing charge, didn't add in the service call charge of $94.00. Didn't order enough floor covering so had to reorder from out of state, delaying the installation. But, a lady named Jan was incredibly helpful, reacted quickly, and the installers were terrific. Everyone was very professional and on time. We were given samples to bring home several times until we found the right type and color. The installers were very timely and cleaned up. They moved the furniture as needed. The only issue was there was an indention in the one room that was not measured so they had to piece carpet together. They did a great job but we only have a 2 x 2 inch piece left for matching. We replaced the carpet in our upstairs. Five bedrooms, hall, and stairs.
