Dr. Walters and his entire Staff are phenomenal . I am new to Ohio and this is a great office. The building was very new, bright and cheery. The people are very personable. The lovely ladies at the front office really know their jobs, as well as deliver fantastic customer service. The hygienist was amazing, very thorough, kind, professional and a genuine nice young lady. This is a REAL TEAM of professionals. I love the new office, nice and big and brand new. I had a bit of a hard time finding it, it may have helped if I could see the address better it blended in with the building. I won’t say I enjoy coming to the dentist but I don’t stress about it because the staff is fantastic and Dr. Walters is a very good dentist. I have had extensive dental work by Dr Walters and he is amazing. Thank you to all the staff.
