I have since left Blank Dental due to a stressful experience having 2 small cavities filled. I emailed Blank Dental directly with all the details and never received a response. I do not feel the practice cares about patient care or comfort.

I feel like I’m there for a cleaning - no pain, no issues, but you see me as a “revenue generating opportunity” and telling me if I don’t get dental implant's or other major procedures, I’m “playing with fire”.. Big turn off, gets old, makes me want to go somewhere else…

I waited for 35 mins . Also the hygienist was too rough - the roughest cleaning I have ever had in my life . She was not gentle whatsoever. I will probably seek another dental practice

I have never seen so many new faces over the past year. I like consistency. There was none at your office. The little girl who cleaned my teeth did not do a good job. The doctor who came to finalize the exam practically cleaned my teeth. The check in could have been on the computer because the environment was very impersonal. I thought my sister was just making exaggerated negative comments. She was not. While the cleaning was typical it is becoming increasingly concerning that each time I visit the Powell office I have a different hygienist, and a different dentist. This does not allow me to build relationships with your practice, and certainly does not instill a sense of trust with your staff. I assume a few things when over the past 4-6 visits I have had different staff each time. 1. There is a high turn over rate of staff, are they not being treated well? 2. There seemed to be a newer team there than before. When I was getting my tooth filled, there was not much professionalism. The dentist & hygienist were talking above me about how the equipment they were using wasn't the best, they were complaining about the filling used & how it was hard to maneuver. This did not make me feel safe or confident about the care. Additionally, the hygienist was quite aggressive trying to pull the side of my mouth open, and this caused a tear in the side of my lip.
