Great help, no wait, and friendly staff!
I was very impressed by Dr. Walter's expertise in repairing my implant (the abutment had to be screwed to the implant)... a very difficult procedure, plus it saved me some big bucks. Also, I want to thank Angela for her support and Lori for her usual friendly welcome.??
Just a few words of thanks for taking good care of me. I was afraid of the crown work I needed, but you made me feel that it was normal and everything would be fine. You were right, all was fine. Dr. Walters and Adella made my visits much easier. I appreciate the extra care you gave me to ease my fear. You should know that I look forward to my visits to your office. Lori is great! She really went out of her way to get me scheduled on my only day off(Wednesdays). I saw Jeanine for a rootplane/deep clean. She was great. She waited till the anesthetic took effect before starting and frequently checked in to see if I was in any pain. She had a gentle touch and was quick and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Love all the staff at the office. So friendly, and helpful and goes out their way to find appointments to work around your schedule.
Been with Dr. Walters since the Stone Age! Staff is always great to work with. Highly recommended.......
