Erin (sp?) my dental hygienist did an amazing job. She is always patient with me as I sometimes need to close my mouth to swallow while she is cleaning my teeth. She is always courteous, professional and polite. My only concern focuses on your automated email system of check in. I was unable to successfully complete my pre exam check in due to the fact your automated check in failed to send me an email with the necessary password to access the pre exam check in documents.
