Always pleasant and professional. The only suggestion I would make is on a few occasions I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes. I understand emergencies occur as I have been one of those. However if it is known ahead of time that there will be a long delay , a phone call would be appreciated. I could then decide if I want to wait at home or in the lobby.
