Customer service is horrible, well the Spanish conversation seemed to be comfortable and polite. If they would have preferred I approach them speaking Spanish I could have. I was told to call my insurance a verify. Where’s the common sense in that? I’d still be telling you that I have coverage, if I’m the one who spoke with them and not you.
