The people here doesn’t care about anything but money! I was fired for standing up for what the owner promised and also his supervisor as well! I would not recommend going this company unless u wanna get screwed over just like how I was!! My family will be giving this company a 1 star review along taking this to the labor board for illegal termination! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

This employee quit our company this morning after being asked to follow chain of command over a simple mistake(which was corrected by end of day even after he quit). This is extremely unprofessional and I am glad he made this decision for us so that our customers do not have to deal with this type of behavior. I purchased a outdoor patio blind in December. It is now April and my blind is still not installed. The communication has to improve between customer and service team.

Mr. Terrell, you put your deposit down on December 19, 2022. Per your invoice, we stated the current time frames were expected to be 12-14 weeks. During the order process we spoke with you multiple times about the status of your order on January 24th, February 8th, and February 22nd.
