I purchased a outdoor patio blind in December. It is now April and my blind is still not installed. The communication has to improve between customer and service team.

Mr. Terrell, you put your deposit down on December 19, 2022. Per your invoice, we stated the current time frames were expected to be 12-14 weeks. During the order process we spoke with you multiple times about the status of your order on January 24th, February 8th, and February 22nd.
