I had custom lasik 1 week ago. I have had glasses/contacts for the last 23 yrs and was tired of dealing with all the issues associated with them. I was really nervous about having lasik done, but there is really nothing to it. It took less than 6 mins for the entire procedure. I'm so glad I decided to have it done. The ride home was a bit uncomfortable (just due to my eyes being so sensitive to the light) but I used a blanket to wrap around my head along with a pair of sunglasses. I had my surgery in March of 2007. It was the best decision I ever made. Money well spent. I paid extrq for the insurance incase I would ever need a "tune up" and I highly doubt I will ever need it but peace of mind knowing my "investment" is protected. I have refered alot of friends and family to Bloomberg. Everyone who went there after me was very satisfied. I am trying to convince my 21 yr old daughter to have the surgery. I cannot believe the results! I went from not being able to read the E on the chart to reading the lowest line shown in only a days time! The procedure was easy and painless, I would recommend iLASIK to anyone!
