Good, but way over priced. But then again this is San Francisco and everything is over priced.
New location as with their four other locations I have patronized; the coffee, the service, facility cleanliness and friendliness of the staff team continues to be consistent. I leave Blue Bottle Coffee with a positive experience and enjoyed my coffee.

If you have nowhere to be and enjoy waiting a very long time for mediocre coffee in an echo chamber that makes it nearly impossible to hear your name called 45 min after you ordered your espresso, this is the place for you. BUT, the liege waffle is a compelling reason to tolerate the glacial service and cacophony of coffee grinders espresso pullers and loud talkers bouncing endlessly off the marble surfaces. Coffee is pretty good although baristas take so long to make the drinks, there is always people waiting for 15 minutes to have a cup of coffee. Definitely they have to be faster also they sell waffles and 2 pm they run out of butter!?
Absolutely Poor Staff Service especially the guy called Kelvin- He has no interest to be at work on a Monday Morning (17 July 2017- 0940hrd), giving customers negative attitudes is the worst experience ever
