RecommendedI would definitely recommend Blue Cross Animal Hospital. First, the location is ideal for me because it's on the subway line. Secondly, staff are welcoming, very friendly and will take the time to give information and answer questions. Really, the perfect example of customer service. It's a pleasure just to walk in the door. Lastly, the vet and assistants have the interpersonal skills that I appreciate in professionals treating my pet. RecommendedI live close by and tried them for convenience. I will not go anywhere else again because the staff are friendly, professional and helpful. I am never upsold or price gauged. Most importantly, my 2 cats feel at ease here and are treated so well. 5 stars and zero regrets!
