On Friday, August 31, the Blue Cross Pet Clinic brought peace to my Lilly and comfort to me. This decision did come easy and has weighed heavy on my heart. I cannot imagine having any other veterinarian, Dr. B & staff cared for us. The kind words, support and overall kindness shown to us. Took my 2 black labs here for the first time. The Vet Mark Beissner was amazing. The waiting room was packed. I had an appointment but some were walkins who were waiting a long time. Most were there when i got there, and still there after i left, and i spent a good 1.5 hrs there.There is a reason ppl wait that long. This place does care about your pets and the prices cannot be beat. What i paid for one of my dogs at VCA, i paid less for 2 dogs here. Unbelievable.
I've been bringing all of my pets here for the past 12 years. Dr. B and his staff are phenomenal and really care for the pets and their owners. I will not take my pets to any other vet as long as this place is around.
I love our veterinarian clinic especially the caring Dr who sees our baby�.. I hope to never have to change places, but lately theres been a few changes that concern not only me but others that I've spoken to in the waiting area. I understand changes will happen but the staff should all know about the new rules /regulations instead of having one person say one thing and the next one telling you just the opposite. PLEASE BE CONSISTENT, BECAUSE THESE PETS ARE LIKE OUR VERY OWN CHILDREN!!!
Very knowledgeable & helpful, as well as affordable. Wish the waiting room was a bit bigger, this place gets packed. Which is a a good sign! Will definitely be my Vet from now on.
