First contact by Josh (of Spokane, Washington) was most exciting. The second visit by Josh was loaded with additional knowledge and a perfect solar fit for our needs. We are waiting anxiously for the project to begin and of course, finalize.
The men of blue solor have been great, each were clean,knowable and professional. Each knew what they needed to do and if you had questions would answer to the best of their knowledge, if they don't know, they'll find the person who is knowledge and get back to you. They also stated that the controller has a safety feature, I wouldn't buy with out, if a line goes down the controller will not back feed till the line is reestablished and power can reflow, their for no one could be injured. Perfect transaction, the guys were on time, worked hard to completion, cleaned up like they were never there, all in 7 hours. No complaints from me. However, the local power company has yet to show up and put the meter in. It’s been a month!

Our salesperson Grace was excellent! We were considering using a different solar company, but Grace responded very quickly and was able to give us comparable pricing and 100% coverage vs only 81% from the other company. Additionally, the roof inspector advised us on what we needed to do to make our roof ready to pass the state requirements for our rebate.
