Our first contact with Zachary Brown was awesome. After starting the process, we had a few questions, and he met with us again. After making a few modifications on how many or where to place the panels, we moved forward with the project. BRS set up an appointment right away for the home to be inspected, and we moved quickly through the process. Everyone involved in the project were professional, friendly, and were easy to work with. We make the right decision to go with BRS.

The communication upfront was good. The instilation was fast, however I have waited over a month for a technician to come install my thermostat that is part of the contract. Still no lead way as to when or who is installing my thermostat. After calling corporate multiple times telling me that they were scheduling a technician to come install, to find out they never contacted anyone.

I fell like their is a lot of information to gather and process. BRS did pretty good at helping us feel like we had the right info. It would be helpful to have a customer landing page so we can see the whole process and what level we are on. This would reduce the amount of emails and keep info all in one space.

Blue Raven Solar was great to work with. They did all the ground work so we didn't have to. We produce more power than we need to build up a credit with the local power company for the slow months. Not worried about how much power we use.

For the most part it was great, however, the guys that did the install broke a light bulb in the socket and didn't notify me that it happened in attic area.Have to buy one of those tools to get the broke part out.
