My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better roofing company than Blue Ribbon located in Jersey Village. Steve, the owner and his foreman, Ernest provided excellent customer service. We very highly recommend Blue Ribbon, if you’re looking for a roofing company, you can’t go wrong. We had our new roof installed yesterday, August 5. Our roof was started at 6:30 am and completed around 6:30pm, with everything cleaned up and put back in place perfectly. We couldn’t be happier. They’re great!

I hired Blue Ribbon Roofing LLC (Jersey Village) for roof replacement services, but the experience was not good at all. The quality of work was very poor, they did not finish the job on time, and did not provide the service as promised. Communication was also poor—they were slow to respond to phone calls and messages. There was also no transparency about the cost. I personally will never use this company again and do not recommend it to anyone.

We had our roof replaced this week by Blue Ribbon Roofing and are very happy. I had contacted our insurance company after some heavy storms in our area and they advised me to contact a roofer to assess the damage. I reached out to Blue Ribbon specifically because years ago I had them come out for an estimate. After a hail storm over a year ago, I dealt with another roofer who I decided I didn’t want to do business with after seeing his tactics, so I called Blue Ribbon. The next day Steve came out and did an inspection, after that Steve and Kirsty worked with my insurance company for MONTHS. Those who deal with insurance companies know how difficult they can be.
