All personnel, from phone contact to the cleaners, were friendly and professional. They arrived when they said they would, explained the process, worked efficiently, answered my questions, and did a great job. I've recommended Blue Ridge to friends and neighbors.

We had a lot of accumulated oxidation on our siding. Another cleaning company just made the problem worse, but Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning made our siding look new again.

It's not often, in fact it's rare, that contractor work exceeds my expectations, but Brett, Robin and your crew(s) did an outstanding job in your exterior cleaning of our house. Well done! I am so happy that I chose Blue Ridge Exterior Cleaning! From Brett coming out to give me a detailed description of work that would be done, to the friendly staff that answers the phone and all my questions and made changes on the estimate as I changed my mind :) to scheduling my service date and time, and to the professional crew that did the power washing of my home and shed!! I could not have asked for more. I will definitely use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them.
