Friendly and efficient staff.
My first visit to a dentist is usually a bit stressful with all the paperwork, insurance issues, and the concern about the procedure being done. My visit with Blue Ridge was outstanding! No fuss over filling out paperwork as it was sent to me well in advance to fill out at my own pace at home. No insurance issues as Ms. Terry (sp?) took care of everything and took the time to answer all the questions I had. The procedure was done in a painless, professional, timely,and very friendly manner. I'll be back :)!
Dr. Laura and her assistant was very gentle. Root canals are not easy. Scheduling followup appt was easy.
Efficient, effective, courtious, friendly and on time with no wait past appointment time.
First to start when I called for my appt. I was able to get in right away, that was awesome. The front receptionists where very friendly and Dr. Gerry rocks. He pulled suppose to pull two teeth according to another dentist I had visited, but Dr. Jerry was able to save on that was perfectly healthy and pulled the other without me even realizing it had been pulled. Friendly and courteous staff!!! I was seen before my actual time so no waiting! My hygienist was very nice and professional and was constantly checking on my well being. I would highly recommend Blue Ridge Family Dentistry to all my friends and family!!

The staff is courteous and professional. The office is clean. They are very timely with appointments. Very nice for a dental visit.
The removal of the crowns on two molars and the subsequent removal of decay and treatment of adjacent tissue in my lower left jaw was successful and painless. The personnel involved excelled in their professional responsibilities and were helpful and solicitous.
