Was surprised that the hygenist didn't floss my teeth when she was finished cleaning.
Checkup and Cleaning The staff and dentist were very friendly and helpful in addressing an issue with a tooth. They answered all my questions and advised the best way to treat the issue. The lady at checkout was extremely helpful in determining how much insurance would pay and how much i would owe out of pocket for the various options. i am very pleased with Blue Ridge Family Dentistry.
I am pleased with how the procedure turned out & am doing fine. I am not pleased about how the appointment was put into the computer. whomever I spoke with to make the appt. put it down as a routine cleaning & exam which I was not due for. I was having quite a bit of pain which needed to be addressed & I drive from Strawberry Plains in Knox Co. exit 402 from I-40 to come to your office & do not need to make needless trips. So the appointment issue is the only one that I see that needs to be addressed. Thanks
I really am thankful to find a dentist/atmosphere that I really like. I never have to wait to be seen. Their hours are designed for the working person so I don't have to worry about taking time off work. Everyone is friendly and professional, therefore I no longer dread going to the dentist. Thank you Blue Ridge for making dental visits pleasant!
friendly I had one small filling in my upper left and one small filling in my upper right tooth. I had a third filling on my left lower that had to be removed and refilled. Up to this point I have had really good teeth. I was in the chair for two hours and at the end the dentist informed me that they had one dentist out and were extremely busy so he let someone who was not a dentist finish up. cleaning by Jasmine jasmine was just terrific. She did a great cleaning, was friendly, has a great personality. She is an asset to you dental office.
I like that I got a thorough exam of my teeth and gums in addition to my jaw throat and neck. I appreciate dentistry and I know when my teeth and gums have had a good cleaning.
They were very professional and we did not have to wait.
