I was placed in the chair. No effort was taken to see that the chair was comfortable. I asked for and was given an additional pillow for my head. An xray was taken an the assistant said she would return in a few minutes. It was a least 29 minutes before anyone returned. Ha d I been comfortable in the chair it would not have mattered, but ols bones and muscles do not like being in strange positions for that long. Very helpful! I broke a tooth, and they were able to get me in for an evaluation immediately. The dentist smoothed the edges right away, after checking the damage, and the office staff explained the options for long-term fixes. I was out of there in time to pick up my son, which was way more than I had hoped for when I called them. Great job on all fronts!
If one has to go to a dentist this is the place to go. My dental experience was first class. Friendly and professional. Paper work was a little to much. But, overall great.

Service w/ a Smile First of all, the Blue Ridge Family Dentistry facility is beautiful. Very modern and spacious. They welcome you with friendly faces, warm personalities and fresh coffee! Check in was easy and convenient, and I waited no more than five minutes to be seen for my 8:30 a.m. appt. My dental hygienist, Leah, was a doll. Always a Pleasant Experience. Just Glad I did not need another Root Canal My Hygienist was excellent. Thorough but gentle. The appointment was on time and I knew I was getting excellent care.
Today my trip to the dentist was very good. The hygenist was very friendly and did an excellent job. The dentist was very nice also. I really can't say anything but good from the receptionist to the moment I walked out the door. Thanks so much!
