Very pleasant The service was very pleasant. I was pleased with the kind way everyone took care of my daughters visit.
First cleaning in a long time Everyone was very kind, professional, and contributed to my actually enjoying being at the dentist. I was nervous because I had not been in about 3 years. The only complaint I have is that I was sent 3 reminders that my appointment was at 7:45 and when I arrived at the office I wasn 't let into the building until right at 8:00. However, I would still recommend Blue Ridge to anyone and will return in the future.

I arrived a few hours early of my appointment. But instead of making me wait until my appointment time they worked me in so I would not have to leave and then come back
Awesome! Everyone was very nice, fast, and helpful. Jasmine was especially awesome, kind, gentle and engaged. I am requesting her for all my cleanings from now on. Dr. Josh was great too. I am grateful for the late hours. That makes life so much easier. Very clean and everyone was very friendly. Thank you so much!
My hygienist was very nice she made me feel comfortable and didn't shame me for not coming to the dentist in 15 yrs.. As uncomfortable as having your teeth scraped can be I appreciate how patient she was with me and how quickly but thoroughly she cleaned my teeth. Thank you
