As nerve racking as getting a filling is for me, both the assistant and Dr. Laura made me as comfortable as can be possible. They seem to genuinely understand and care about the level of pain and stress that dentist visits can cause. Even though my cleaning was a few weeks back, this goes for Megan doing the cleaning as well

Clean, friendly & polite. Excuse the pun, but there really is service with a smile here! Their tech is very up-to-date (hand held X-Ray etc). The only thing that got me was that there is no barrier/curtain between your cubicle & the hallway leading by it. The hall has staff & patients who are being escorted so you can be sure that there's no peeping eyes, but I'm used to a little more privacy. Still, it's something I can live with given the quality of service. If you're looking for a dentist, I'd recommend this place!

Late hours for after work appointments. Great hygienist with good chair-side manner and communication. The only negative was the dentist that saw me said about 10 words; not very personable.

I had a severe toothache and called expecting to have to wait for an appointment, but to my surprise I was able to get in that day. I felt like I was well taken care of, everything from coming in the door, talking with the dentist and the woman that was discussing my options was very informative. I would recommend Blue Ridge to all my friends. Thanks again and I will seeing you soon

My appointment started right on time, Amy was wonderful, careful and thorough, and Dr. Molly was excellent. The folks at the desk were also very helpful with insurance questions. I love Blue Ridge Family Dentistry! Thanks for such excellent service and care.

Staff helpful and curious. Wait time was very short and I appreciate the fact that Blue ridge Family Dentistry is open from 8a-8p Mon-Thurs and 8a-5p (I think) on Friday so there is no trouble getting an appointment when you need one! I also appreciate the staff taking time to answer all my questions and address any concerns without rushing me out the door. I feel like the staff here really care about their patients. My parents also are patients/customers here and have been very satisfied with their experience. .

This was my first visit to Blue Ridge. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and their courtesy, not just toward me as the patient, but in helping each other as needed. One of the lovely ladies said 'Team work making the dream work.' I thought that was beautiful and I will never forget it!! Thank you for a delightful experience!!

Blue Ridge was so wonderful with our six year old. We've been to two pediatric dentists that both scared him to death. He loves Blue Ridge! We are so thankful we finally found kind and caring people willing to take time with our son and make sure he was not afraid!
