(Gainesville location) If you can handle appointments that are always running 30+ minutes late and front office staff who range from indifferent to rude, then the doctors and physical therapists here are well worth it. If you don't like being talked down to about "you know, we do have patients other than you" when simply asking how much longer beyond the amount of time you've already waited, then this place probably isn't for you. 3 appointments with a doctor, close to 2 hours wasted total in a waiting room beyond my ori... read more

Showed up for my appointment only to find it had been cancelled. "We left you a message yesterday" "You didnt need to see a PA, you needed to see Pain Management" Exactly what I told the scheduler when I called for the appointment. After 30 years+, Im moving on, its simply not the same practice it was under the founding doctors.

The majority of the staff at Blue Ridge is phenomenal. My son broke both of his legs and the team here has been great. When it came time to put the second cast on my son's second leg, the nurses that applied the cast applied it too tight. My wife raised concerns that it was too tight, but the nurses ignored her concerns. We had the cast taken off today, two weeks later, and my son's leg is bruised and red from the cast that was too tight. Dr. Yevgeny Katz was rushing through the appointment and did not seem to even care about my situation. He displayed no empathy and even made me feel like I was crazy for coming there. I had submitted my xrays per their receptionist ahead of time and he did not even look at them prior to my appointment. In fact, he actually wanted to send me to do an xray until I mentioned that I already had 2 sets done and that they should be in my file. very busy and crowded, therapist was attending to several customers at once, never got a full hour even though I was charged for it. filthy areas!

I have been there a number of times over the years, having my left knee replaced by Dr. Smith just a few years ago, I have NEVER had any problems with it and would never consider going to anyone else, Dr. Smith is an excellent orthopedic surgeon.

Easy access and convenient parking; once inside, very well distanced marked safety protocol for checking in and seating in waiting room; very efficient and friendly staff. Hardly any waiting. Waited about 15 minutes for Dr. Ramser; he was amazing in his thorough examination, diagnosis and recommendation for future treatment. I highly recommend BROAS for all ortho needs.
