RecommendedWe began taking Lilli to Blue Ridge when we moved to Hillsboro in 2011. Between the great ver care and the daycare, we have recommended BRVA to scores of friends. We moved to College Station and, of course, being at the Bush School, used the TAMU Small Animal Clinic at the Vet School. We moved back up and now live in Reston. We chose to make the drive and keep Lilli good and healthy again. Great staff!
Brought my youngest ferret, Taz, in today due to foreign objects in his stool. Nick greeted me and Taz, wrote down all of my concerns, and promised to take great care of him. I left feeling confident that he would be cared for well. When I received update calls, the employees raved about how sweet Taz was and how much they enjoyed playing and cuddling with him. I picked up a happy, BATHED ferret tonight. Blue Ridge went above and beyond. I have the utmost faith and trust in the Blue Ridge team.
I would recommend them to every pet owner. Today I had to make the hard decision to put my Tanner (13 yr.old Chihuahua) to sleep! The vet and the techs went over and beyond to make him comfortable and myself . They made me paw print impressions that I will cherish forever! Thank you guys once again
The most pleasant and caring staff I have ever met. After having an emergency with our bassethound Savannah last night, we won't hesitate where to go if anything ever happens. Dr Mitchell and vet tech Jess were both amazing, and they were all in for what was best for our Savannah. We can never thank them enough for all they did and the plan of her care. We will be forever grateful. She stayed over night and though I didn't get to meet the daytime providers who cared for her we also thank you. You're all amazing!
Staff and vet are attentive, personable, and competent. I came in with my eclectus for a beak and nail trim. The staff did an excellent job with his overgrown beak and nails, as well as a complete assessment of his overall health status. The facility is clean, well stocked with treats, and able to resolve any issues that could arise. No long waiting period here, customers are waited on immediately. Thank you for improving the quality of life for my fid.
