Drew has been a Property Manager for me for many years now and he is good for me and my tenants. Drew helps me with my legal landlord rights, as well as helping me stay legal and fair to my tenants. He does all the paper work for me and sends it to me for my approval before sending it on. Any problems I have with the tenants, I can pass on to Drew, and he will either take care of it for me, or make a recommendation that I can use to make things better. From a tenant's perspective, Drew is very prompt when it comes to any issues we have had with our rental. For example, when we called him about a water leak in the garage. Drew contacted us within the hour and scheduled a repair man to visit the house immediately. He has a professional demeanor and is attentive with any of our concerns Drew knew our concerns about an odorous rug that was in the house and he persuaded the owners to replace it.
