There was hardly no wait time, they called me back it didn’t take but maybe 3 minutes for the doctor to come in

I was scheduled for fasting blood work, but I requested to be seen by someone. Fortunately for me, an 8:00 slot was available. I was having back pain and shortness of breath. Brady Bullock spent time with me, listening to my symptoms, then examined my back and had me breathe while he listened to my chest. He sent me to the hospital for more lab tests and a chest X-ray. After he got the results, he called me on my cell phone and gave me a report. He sent in 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy.
I was having a pain in my lower left quadrant and my regular PA (Brady Bullock) was not available, so I scheduled an appointment with Mary Bowling on Friday, September 25. While she might be a very good PA, I did not appreciate the lack of "bedside manner." I felt that way throughout the examination and then, when it was time for her to leave, I said, "Goodbye" and she did not respond--she was out the door. Always great. Very clean. Even though I love blue sky , I'm sorry that Dr Hansel left and I will be transferring to the new location of Dr. Hansel.
Alway great. I'm out of network with AARP insurance but I wouldn't even think about going to another eye doctor. Dr.Pool is wonderful and caring. Thank you for all you do. Linda
