I have always received top notch care at Blue Sky. Everyone on the team is amazing, from the ladies at the front desk, to the intake nurse, and the ladies who draw labs. Kathy Motes is one of the best nurse practitioners. She is just as good, if not better than an actual doctor. She listens to her patients and doesn’t push meds. Office staff are friendly and caring. Melissa NP listens to all medical complaints you are having and addresses each one whether it be bloodwork, referrals, medications etc. When you are with she gives you her full attention. Very knowledgeable nurse practitioner.
I did get the strep test. Vitals taken. No exam. (Maybe normal) but wish I had remembered to ask for ears to be checked. Never got cough medicine filled. I was never contacted that CVS would not fill script. I was never offered a substitute or option to fill script at another pharmacy. I week later, I am still kept awake at night with cough.
