We saw the reviews and decided to go with them. Nice carpet but not so good install and scheduling. 4 trips it was finally resolved. 2 bedrooms, new carpet, one register was not cut in and carpet not trimmed by the closet door. Not to big a deal. After closer inspection, noticed loose carpet on stairs and pieces cut to cover stairs instead of rolling and tucking the carpet and loose carpet in several areas on steps. 4th trip from another installer, it was resolved.
