Glad we bought this pool, Great quality, great service, awesome.
Love out pool. We have had it 1 year now and still loving it. Especially the grandkids. Blue World called just the other day to make sure everything was still operational and going well.
I am extremely satisfied from purchase to installation and of course the finished product. Financed on my own as terms were clearly stated and explained at point of sale.
Love the pool. Don't like the fact if there's a problem you have to take pictures and call to resolve and you fix yourself and not a professional service ***** Much more you order the ionizer every year. Do they sell other things that could be purchased for the pool? A catalog would've been nice. Plus paying double for a salt water pool compared to other pool companies. Most minor issues that pop up can be easily troubleshot over the phone saving time and money instead of a service call. We love our pool. All aspects of the process were easy to accomplish/deal with. Pool stays clean and clear with minimal effort on our part.
My experience with Blue world pools was very good. I had a slight hiccup with the initial contractor that was supposed to do my install but Blue world was able to find a different contractor quickly that accommodated my work schedule since I had to be home. He did a great job and even came back when I noticed an issue with the pool and fixed it. Can't wait to open my pool next month so my family can enjoy it.
