I would like to say that changing our care to Ashford Bluebird was the best thing. The carers are pleasant and pro active in my uncles care. I have seen a difference in him. His meals are done and kitchen neat and tidy.he really enjoyed the Christmas party , that the ladies came and collected him from home. This has restored my faith in care. Well done ladies

We were let down abysmally by our previous care company. Bluebird stepped in without hesitation. We the family are completely happy with the care our family member receives from the carers to the support teams in the office. Whatever issues arise with her care or general wellbeing and comfort it is always dealt with professionally, with compassion and total understanding of her needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Bluebird has been a godsend to my elderly uncle during the pandemic and the lockdown, and to us. When we haven’t been able to visit we have arranged extra care visits, sometimes at short notice. Bluebird is always so flexible and accommodating. The carers are very professional and kind, and always raise concerns when warranted. It has really helped our family during this pandemic knowing Bluebird are on hand.

Bluebird Care (Ashford) have been a wonderful help to me during a very difficult time looking after my partner with dementia, Parkinson's and various other medical problems. All their staff are delightful and willing to help with anything. They are friendly and helpful, caring to myself and my partner who is treated with dignity and not condescending as can happen. I will always be grateful and would highly recommend them.
