From the first meeting to discuss care for my dad, I have found Blue Bird to be an excellent Care Provider. Communication is fantastic and they give regular reviews to see if there is anything more they can do and if you are happy with the care given. Anything I have wanted added to my dad's care plan, it has been done straight away. The Carers that I have met have always been very professional, polite and in full uniform. I was introduced to the new manager, previously there had not been one for months. I had no real issues with the company in general I am happy with everything except a lot of staff wear false or acrylic nails and varnish which frighten me for skin problems. No one steps them.

We can't recommend the Bluebird team highly enough! They are so helpful and approachable and feel more like friends helping us with mum's care. The care provided by the Bluebird team is excellent. The staff are very friendly, polite, patient and reassured my mum (aged 101) is in safe hands. The staff are always going above and beyond their remit when attending to Mum's needs. They also spent time chatting with Mum, which is a massive positive for her mental wellbeing.
