I would say the ladies from Bluebird Care have been extremely attentive and very patient with my husband.

From the first meeting to discuss care for my dad, I have found Blue Bird to be an excellent Care Provider. Communication is fantastic and they give regular reviews to see if there is anything more they can do and if you are happy with the care given. I was introduced to the new manager, previously there had not been one for months. I had no real issues with the company in general I am happy with everything except a lot of staff wear false or acrylic nails and varnish which frighten me for skin problems. No one steps them.

We can't recommend the Bluebird team highly enough! They are so helpful and approachable and feel more like friends helping us with mum's care.
