Bluebird cared for my husband during his final weeks of life and made it possible for him to die at home as per his wishes. The care afforded to him and us as his family was exceptional!! Each carer was professional compassionate and kind. The team really did take time to get to know what was important to him and us. Receiving care at home was a really daunting thing for us to accept but bluebird understood this and really did make our final few weeks as good as they could be Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

Ken has been really happy with the care and attention he gets from the carers. He's happy to have them visit daily and help to take care of all his personal needs. If ther is anything extra he needs doing, I can leave a message and they will do it for him. They are kind, attentive and reliable. The management are great in keeping you informed and addressing any queries promptly. I would recommend them to anyone needed care for themselves or family.

Bluebird took over the care of my mother from another provider who were becoming more and more inconsistent in their provision of care. From the outset, Bluebird were careful to listen to my mum's needs and the detail of what sort of care was suitable for her. Bluebird Care Company were excellent in caring for my husband who has dementia. All the staff and managers were so kind caring and compassionate.they paid attention to detail, always explained to my husband what they were going to do and kept me informed of any issues that arose. They were very punctual and very professional and I can't speak highly enough of them. They didn't just take care of my husband, they also took care of me, always ensuring that I was ok.

Having tried several other care support companies, Bluebird Chesterfield was recommended by a friend and from the outset has taken time to understand my mother's needs and preferences. One key need is consistency of care staff which Bluebird has tried their utmost to fulfil. This has given essential stability to the care routine and been an absolute blessing to us in caring for our loved ones.

I am delighted with the care Mum receives from Bluebird Care but more importantly Mum is happy and she tells me the carers are all friendly, helpful and kind. The care notes are extremely valuable to me both to read what the carers have put and for me to pass on any information. Two members of staff, in particular, are easy to contact and friendly and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend Bluebird to anyone seeking care for a loved one.

The carers have been punctual, cheerful and helpful. They are respectful and patient with the person who needs care. Only suggestion is less number of different pcarers per client so that you get to know the carers better.

The carers from Bluebird Care are very professional in checking and recording information about mum so as a family we know exactly what happens at each and every visit. The app is great and easy to use. The office staff are responsive and thorough around care plans and changing information.
