We've been incredibly impressed with the care provided to my 90-year-old father by Bluebird over the past 3 years. The carers are consistently kind, respectful, and attentive, helping him with daily tasks such as washing, showering, dressing, and managing mobility issues due to leg problems and sore areas. We engaged Bluebird Care to give support to my elderly father in his own home. All of the carers were excellent, they were polite, caring and responsive to his physical and emotional needs. They enabled my father to stay in his own home which was important to him at the age of 97. I would have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise and can recommend their service.

I used Bluebird Care for short-term support when coming home from hospital following an operation. I felt really valued and cared for, from the moment a member of their team collected me from hospital to help me settle back home. The team visited twice a day, helped me with basic tasks that I found difficult to do, looked after my pet cat and gave him lots of attention and accompanied me to appointments. Great service. Very professional and friendly staff. They provide great service at a timely manner. Great customer service, the office staff always available to answer any query. Regular reviews to update the client's needs and adjust the care level and needs.

Just want to thank the team for their outstanding care for my mum and dad. I was really worried about how they would react to receiving care as they have always been so independent. Bluebird Care has made the transition so easy and comfortable. The regular carers they receive are fantastic with them both. I would highly recommend!

We have been with Bluebird Care Coventry for a while now. We have a mix of calls ranging from personal care to cleaning and everything in between! Although my husband is primarily the service user for personal care, showering etc., I also have one call a week to help with cleaning and decluttering. This particular call has been running for about a year now and has really made a difference. All the carers who come are very different from each other and it is nice to see a variety of faces and personalities.

I can not praise the Bluebird Care team enough. They were excellent in looking after my mother for the six months before she, unfortunately, passed away. Even though Mother had dementia, she looked forward to the friendly, caring visits and would always talk about them to me later that day. The whole process throughout, everyone I dealt with at Bluebird was both reassuring and obviously so helpful to enable Mother to stay in her own home. Thank you for your professional approach to what you do for people that really need it.

Bluebird Care had been caring for Mum for a year and Mum looked forward to their visits. The girls were lovely and not only cared for Mum but talked to her which was a great comfort as Mum had recently been widowed when Bluebird started to go into Mum's. As a family, we were grateful for their help, often going in to do extra care when needed. I would highly recommend the company to anyone. Bluebird Care Coventry does an excellent job caring for my Uncle. They continue to deliver great care and have never let him down, over the last 8 months, which is great reassurance because I live much further away. Highly recommended!
