Bluebird has been looking after my wife for over 3 years now and they are the best! My wife has 4 visits each day with two carers attending at each visit. There have been several staff changes over the years, as is true with all care agencies, but the level of care provided by Bluebird has never faltered. The carers are always well presented in their company uniforms and arrive at the times agreed for each visit. I have previously used three other care agencies and Bluebird excel in all areas of care, hard-working friendly, staff, professionalism, efficiency, communication. They provide excellent staff who have obviously had a high standard of training and management go out of their way to fulfil all my requirements even when it must be difficult to do so.
