The director and his team have offered outstanding support to my dad while he is adapting to life with dementia. As all of dad's family are living overseas it has been invaluable to have someone in the UK who i can trust to support dad and keep us up to date on his care and needs. The young lady who comes into my home on Fridays from bluebird services has changed my everyday life. I have struggled for years and have been too proud to ask for help. I could not wish to have someone so helpful, polite, caring and kind as the lady who comes into my home. I now enjoy sitting in my home and being able to relax and not have to worry or try and attempt tasks that are too difficult for me to do. We are relatively new clients of Bluebird Care and have found their Carers and Management to be always polite and considerate.During a very recent emergency hospital admission for myself Bluebird stepped in and made sure that my Wife who suffers from early stage dementia was safe and well cared for whilst I was away for a number of days.
I can't begin to convey my immense gratitude for the care given to my Grandfather and how this, in turn has impacted upon the health and wellbeing of our wider family. Having moved away from the area nearly 2 years ago my main concern was that I was leaving the care of my Grandad solely in the hands of my Mum. Working in the nhs I have many stories of care agencies - most not favourable! From the moment I spoke to the manager to the daily care my mum is still receiving I can say nothing bad. The communication with us about my mums care and my mum's experience with the 3 carers so far is exemplary! Such personable, compassionate whilst remaining professional care - amazing! I would definitely recommend! Oh that my patients could all receive that level of care!
I can't thank one member of staff and the team at Bluebird Care Oldham enough for their kindness and support after my hip operation. I felt a bit daft asking for help since it was only short-term, but they reassured me straight away and made me feel completely at ease. They genuinely cared, went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, and made my recovery so much easier.
