We had a few hiccups to begin with, but improving as the staff get to know Mums needs, and how she likes things doing. The staff are polite & punctual.

Bluebird staff and carers are always friendly, polite and and willing to help even with issues outside of their contracted services.You can always turn to them for help if a probandlem arises and they will assist you.
My mum has recently started to have a daily visit from a carer with Bluebird. She has been very complementary of the ladies who call to see her and has been very happy to see them. I was worried at first if mum would accept the carers but she is really enjoying their company which has put my mind at rest. The carers are always on time which is important for my mum so I'm very pleased with the care provided.
can honestly say that Bluebird Care Oldham have given me my life back. Before they started caring for my gran, I was constantly worrying - taking time off work, missing out on family moments, and feeling completely drained trying to juggle everything. The director and his team have offered outstanding support to my dad while he is adapting to life with dementia. As all of dad's family are living overseas it has been invaluable to have someone in the UK who i can trust to support dad and keep us up to date on his care and needs. The young lady who comes into my home on Fridays from bluebird services has changed my everyday life. I have struggled for years and have been too proud to ask for help. I could not wish to have someone so helpful, polite, caring and kind as the lady who comes into my home. I now enjoy sitting in my home and being able to relax and not have to worry or try and attempt tasks that are too difficult for me to do. We are relatively new clients of Bluebird Care and have found their Carers and Management to be always polite and considerate.During a very recent emergency hospital admission for myself Bluebird stepped in and made sure that my Wife who suffers from early stage dementia was safe and well cared for whilst I was away for a number of days.
I can't begin to convey my immense gratitude for the care given to my Grandfather and how this, in turn has impacted upon the health and wellbeing of our wider family. Having moved away from the area nearly 2 years ago my main concern was that I was leaving the care of my Grandad solely in the hands of my Mum.
