As a comparative newcomer to Bluebird Care services, from 6th February 2017, I confirm that, so far, I am very satisfied with the service I receive, extremely pleasant carers who treat me with dignity. The supervisory staff are helpful and are clearly anxious to ensure that the carers maintain the excellent standards clients would expect.
Rotas are usually late (comes on a Tuesday). Not very much communication from the office regards eg change of visiting times or change of career.
The carers are very good and affectionate. I can recommend them and the service is excellent.
The 24 hour care provided has enabled me to enjoy life much more. The carer has been extremely kind and helpful and I would recommend this agency.
We had a review for my father yesterday. The agency member was thorough and organised, covering every part of dad's care package. She also asked repeatedly did we have any questions or concerns. Everything was carried out in a professional and clear way. We were very happy with the review and feel Bluebird Care cover our dad's needs.
