All your carers have been very friendly and thoroughly professional and accommodated the needs of my wife in a manner that suits her. it has been good, for the most part, to have a continuity of the same carers who, thereby, become familiar with their necessary duties and know exactly what they need to do immediately on arrival. Bluebird looked after both of my parents throughout the pandemic, and I really don’t know what we would have done without them. Sadly my father passed away at the end of last year, but my mother continues to have overnight care. It gives peace of mind to know she is being looked after in a kind and caring way, and we are very happy with the service that Bluebird provide.

Find all carers kind and considerate, and do their job well. They always come in with a smile and are friendly. Happy Dad and chat without it interfering with their duties. Apart from a few issues along the way, we are satisfied with the care provided.

My 94-year-old dad, from last June, found himself in a repeating spiral of the hospital, then home. When finally discharged from the hospital in January, he was very weak and went into respite care. His recovery was very slow, and he missed being in his own home. We decided to commission Bluebird Care to provide a live-in 24/7 complex care package. I have been with Bluebird for roughly 4-years, and on the whole, the service is very good. I think it helps to have the same carer every day, but of course, they cannot work all the time. I do realise that sometimes things go wrong, which cannot be avoided and try to be aware of this situation, I usually get someone eventually. I have had one visit per day, increasing to two/per day during the past year by very good, friendly and competent, mainly female, staff. My daughter reads the carer's notes every evening in San Francisco, where she lives, which gives her peace of mind as she knows that I am being well looked after.

It took a lot for me to hand over care and responsibility for my mother, however, Bluebird, so far, has risen to the challenge, and overall, has been a game-changer for both my mum and me. Despite only using Bluebird services for a short time, we have been very impressed with the service provided. From the first telephone enquiry to the initial consultation regarding our needs and to the carer who started exactly at the time requested and carried out his duties efficiently and with respect to ourselves. We would not hesitate in recommending Bluebird.
