Bluebird care have been professional, patient, caring and worked incredibly hard to ensure that my husband gets the very best at home care. The care that my husband needs is complex, high dependency and stressful for both the care givers and him. If you are struggling with looking after someone, you need Bluebird on your side. Having someone always at hand to answer questions, advise and help has been such a huge relief. Communication is excellent. Problems or concerns (which there will always be) are dealt with swiftly and with care and respect.

Having a live-in carer has delayed mums transition into a care home and hugely improved her quality of life. She gets on well with the carer and sees her almost as a member of the family. I'm very impressed with the level of care from both the carer and from Bluebird in general.

My experience with Bluebird has been productive. They listen to me and help with any concerns that my wife and I have with our care. We presently have a live-in carer from Bluebird. In General, the system works very well, and we are happy to continue with our present care package.

Bluebird Care provided outstanding person centred care for my late wife Magret and I. They supported us to remain in the comfort of our own home while my wife lived with dementia and provided palliative care for her. I was recovering from hospital discharge. Bluebird Care have been very helpful and caring. Both my parents suffer from dementia which is very challenging. Bluebird have helped us navigate some difficult situations and are always ready to answer our many questions as this is all new to us. They are always at the end of the phone when we need support, nothing seems too much trouble for them. Thank you all.
