My father has been using Bluebird for about 3 years. We are and have been very happy with the care provided. I chose Bluebird because someone answered the phone without putting me on hold! Since then I have found that communication remains excellent and Bluebird has been very responsive to my requests for additional care/transport etc even at short notice. You have removed a great burden from me as I no longer worry so much about my father's care. I live quite a way from St Albans and so can't provide care myself.

Ive been really grateful for the kind, reliable, professional support my mum has received from the Bluebird St Albans Team. My mum has refused help from other companies but is happy for her health and well being checks at home which reassure her and me that all is well.

I have been using Bluebird for a number of years now and I have always found the care and support very good. Mum currently has a live in carer and for us as a family we feel confident she has the best of both worlds, being able to stay in the comfort of her own home whilst receiving dedicated one to one care. The care she has is excellent and has taken time to understand mums likes and dislikes. Bluebird Care looked after my uncle who passed away earlier this year, God rest his soul. As I live in Cambridge, it was very difficult for me to see him regularly. The team at Bluebird really took care of everything. All the care workers were brilliant but one in particular was special. I was so touched that so many attended the funeral. Thank you so much to the managers who always made the process easy.

Bluebird have been caring for my mum for a few years up until she has finally needed to go into a care home. They have been flexible and quick to adapt to her changing needs through her dementia journey, enabling us to keep her in her own home for as long as possible, after she was no longer able to look after herself. Bluebird Care have been looking after my aunt for well over a year now. The set-up was easy and contacting the main office is never a problem. The carers who look after my aunt have been amazing and my aunt always comments on how lovely and kind they are. I live a distance away from my aunt and using Bluebird Care gives me peace of mind every day that she is okay. I would highly recommend them.
Bluebird carer services were very reliable and easy to set up and we didn't need to get involved in the day-to-day running. My mum is an early riser and Bluebird were only too happy to adjust their timings so that, where possible, they visited my mum early to get her showered and dressed and ensure she had breakfast. They also informed us if the carer was running late so we knew what was going on.

Bluebird have been visiting my mother, who is 96 years old, three times a day for the past year. She is very happy with all the carers and the support they give. She enjoys the news they pass on and the chats too. She is not always easy to help as she tends to refuse anything offered, but the carers encourage and persuade her. Bluebird Care made it easy to set up and implement the care package and were very responsive when it came to making any changes as we went along. At all times the Bluebird staff were highly professional and attentive to my mother's day-to-day needs.
