This service is excellent... efficient, caring, welcoming, very good at learning new techniques for whatever they need to do. It is a pleasure to welcome the carers into my home.

I have found the whole prices and interaction with Alice and her team at Bluebird excellent. The knowledge, support and advice was invaluable at a time when it was a hard decision to bring in extra care. The ladies that came into care for my mum, Chelsea and Joanna were both amazing with her and the updates of the visit on the app were clear and thorough, which was useful for me. My mother-in-law thoroughly enjoys her visits from the Bluebird care team. They give her reassurance and she enjoys their company. When she needs help with Little jobs around their home, they are always able to help. We would thoroughly recommend to others, based on our experience with Bluebird Care.

I have been a customer of Bluebird Care for 15 years. I have cerebral palsy and have social care through the 'Direct Payment' scheme. Without Bluebird I would be unable to access medical appointments and the local community. I have limited family support and so greatly value the continuity of Bluebird's friendly, caring staff. I have been encouraged to attend their monthly 'Out & About' day trips which has given me the chance to visit different places and meet other service users. The care is bespoke, taking into consideration both Mum's opinions and choices whilst also balancing what she needs. The carers respect her dignity, and skillfully negotiate when she needs support but feels unable to ask for it. We have had a wide variety of support, from ensuring she has a hot drink and is eating meals, being there when hospital transport is picking her up to help keep things calm, enjoying craft activities and helping to keep on top of the washing.
