My elderly mum and dad received support from Bluebird care over a few years, after my dad became disabled following a stroke and my mum's health and strength declined. This continued after my mum's death for a year or so to support my dad living independently, until such point that a decline in his abilities meant he decided to move into residential care. The process of setting up an account with Bluebird was clear and efficient. Our account manager visited and explained the entire process to my Father including all costs. We had a number of different carers but they were all excellent and provided a very personal care. Our account manager continued to provide support and in my opinion 'went beyond'.

My parents have been supported by Bluebird carers since March 2024. They are both 85 years old and this is their first experience of carers. I work in the NHS and several colleagues recommended Bluebird. Their support has been outstanding. All of the carers are cheerful, kind and thoroughly committed to their work. Bluebird Care are absolutely brilliant! They are the exact type of people you want to look after your loved ones and become an extension of the family. From management to the staff on the ground, they are faultless. They have been caring for my grandparents for a number of months now and it has been a game changer. My mum used Bluebird Care for over a year and I can highly recommend them. All the staff were extremely professional and were very friendly and helpful. They did a lot to help my mum and she appreciated this plus the company. Bluebird was also very quick to contact me if there was a problem and was very flexible with the schedule. Carers and management have been excellent looking after Mum and informing us all the time if there are any problems that need addressing. We have been very impressed with the quality of care and time spent with her.

All the staff at Bluebird are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and access to the app where I can keep an eye on Mum's care is just brilliant. I can see what she is eating, the carer's assessment of Mum on a daily basis. If the carer has any concerns I get a call and even when Mum (who has dementia), says she doesn’t need any help the carer gently coaxes her to eat. Bluebird provided short-term company and care for my mum whilst I was away and we were delighted. The coordination and set-up was excellent and Bluebird were flexible around what we needed. Mum was nervous about having people in her home but the same two ladies visited her each day and were so kind and easy to get along with that she was happy from the start. It was a huge relief for me to know that someone was looking in on her and that it worked out so well for mum.
