John, was exceptional in every way helping us move to the upstate area. He went above and beyond, always available to answer our questions and needs. While we were out of the area he assisted with zoom calls, walk throughs, plus important vendor suggestions for pest control and inspections. John put us at ease about moving to a new area which can sometimes feel quite stressful.
Kelly was amazing! We had a lot of hiccups in our search for a home, the biggest one being a change in our pre-approval. However, once we found our house, she helped us get a great deal. When problems arose, she took initiative and had every problem sorted out before we realized there was one. She’s always two steps ahead and always works just the right angle.
